The Endless Summer

Even if you have never surfed a single wave, you have probably heard about the iconic movie The Endless Summer were two guys go on an adventurous trip around the world in search for the perfect wave, following the endless summer. One of them was Mike Hynson.

”The first time I got on a board, I went down to the beach, where I had watched surfers ride the waves before, and I asked them if I could borrow a board. They said yes. I paddled in the white water and after a couple of times I got up. I was floating. There was a pier out in the water, and I remember passing that pier. I just saw that pier when I moved away and that experience got me. I saw my future.”
